Delivery

We will endeavour to get your products to you as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. For the UK, delivery charges are automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay BEFORE you confirm the order!
Unfortunately we have to charge carriage but we attempt to keep it to a minimum. Some deliveries may require a signature. If you are liable to be out, please give an alternative delivery address or type instructions into the notes section as you place your order. Standard Delivery is around 3-5 working days for UK Mainland and around 7 working days for Highlands and Islands.

 

When will my order be despatched?

 

Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day provided we have your items in stock. Items ordered after 12pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. Our web site is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.

 

 

Pallet Surcharge:

 

Please note that some items are recommended to be sent out on a pallet such as Outboard engines due to their size and weight. This is due to high rate of damages by standard delivery. One of our team will contact you with a pallet delivery quote when items exceed the weight limit or items that are considered at a high risk of damage. You do however have the right to refuse a pallet upgrade and continue with the normal delivery options, but you will be liable for any damage that may be incurred during delivery.

 

Please Note:

 

Some products such as flares and hazardous items may incur an additional surcharge for special delivery. Due to the continual changes and alterations regarding the rules and regulations which govern the transportation of hazardous goods. We may be required to re quote for the cost of delivery on some items. Every effort is made to ensure that the delivery prices quoted at the time of order are accurate and correct but there may be occasions when either the package contents or the delivery location will require us to amend the delivery cost which you will be charged. In EVERY instance a member of our sales team will contact you to authorise this alteration in the delivery cost.
